Honoring the Memory of :
Our own Mr. Smiley! The man who was the backbone of the annual Alumni Reunion for all these years. Starting with the class of 1970, Steve and Claude Deats, with the help of a great group of people, kept the class of ’70 alumni together through the early 2000s when the Alumni Committee agreed to include more classes. At that point, the Alumni Reunion grew into what it is today. This is largely due to a dedicated group of people who follow Steve’s passion for keeping the Alumni group together. Steve, you will always be loved and remembered for who you were and for your tireless efforts on behalf of our Smiley Family. Thank you to Fred Wetz and the rest of the Alumni Committee for continuing Steve’s mission.

This year, the Friday night Karaoke will be provided by Bubba Bateman of Twister Entertainment and will include a Karaoke Contest. To participate in the actual contest, the contestant must pre-register in advance and also choose the song at that time. This contest will be judged by a panel of judges and the winners will be announced on Saturday night. Check back later for additional information.

Last year we had 65 couples present for the picture. Let’s beat that this year. Buy your tickets early to reserve your place in the bleachers. This will be the 1st group picture of the night. After that picture is completed, Michael McKenney of Custom Minds Photography will start the group Class Pictures.

Saturday Night’s Menu:
BBQ Chicken, Slovacek Sausage, Baked Beans, Potato Salad
Beverages: Tea & Water Soft Drinks are sold as setups
Desserts: Please feel free to bring a dessert. If you do, please ensure that items are cut into individual portions and please provide a serving utensil.
